For my other portfolio project, we had to make print ads for Project 62, a Target sub-brand that sells affordable, but stylish furniture with design inspiration from the year 1962. We thought that since despite its elegant design, the price allows for using the product without fear of damaging it. The idea behind the concept is that the products should be used in alternate ways than they were designed for, but to also include bits of art direction that shows that the person who owns the products has other vintage items in the house.
